Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and communicative Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career and training programs offered by our institute. The counsellor will play a key role in admissions, student engagement, and ensuring a smooth learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries and convert them into enrollments Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses (CAD, CAE, IT, Tally, etc.) Maintain student records and follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp Explain course details, fees, duration, and certification benefits Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth course delivery Help students with registration, payments, and document verification Participate in events, seminars, and outreach activities
