Role Overview:

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, guiding prospective parents and students, and ensuring a positive and professional experience that reflects Anekam School’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from prospective parents through phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Conduct school tours and provide detailed information about the school’s programs, values, and curriculum.
• Manage the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment, including application follow-ups and documentation.
• Maintain and update the admissions database and ensure timely reporting.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to coordinate interviews, assessments, and orientations.
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives such as school fairs, open houses, and community events.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with families.
• Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role (preferably in the education sector).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,349.77 - ₹43,680.77 per month
