Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries from prospective parents through phone, email, and in-person visits. Conduct school tours and provide detailed information about the school’s programs, values, and curriculum. Manage the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment, including application follow-ups and documentation. Maintain and update the admissions database and ensure timely reporting. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to coordinate interviews, assessments, and orientations. Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives such as school fairs, open houses, and community events. Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with families. Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role (preferably in the education sector). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
