Position: Admission Counsellor (Business Development Executive) Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh Industry: EdTech – Personalised Tutoring Services Key Responsibilities: • Interact with parents and students to understand their academic requirements. • Recommend personalised tutoring solutions and convert qualified leads. • Coordinate demo sessions and manage structured follow-ups. • Maintain communication logs and ensure accurate CRM updates. • Build long-term trust with parents, students, and tutors. • Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets. • Manage end-to-end client acquisition and onboarding processes. Desired Candidate Profile: • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. • Confident, enthusiastic, and self-driven personality. • Prior experience in sales, counselling, or EdTech (preferred but not mandatory). • Strong rapport-building skills and disciplined follow-up approach. • Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude. • Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp communication, and parent interactions.
