Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing career advice, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrolment. Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents about college admissions, courses, and career options. Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from prospective students. Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and guidance. Maintain an up-to-date database of inquiries, leads, and enrollments in designated tools. Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal teams to manage application and admission processes. Follow up with students for documentation, fee submission, and other admission formalities. Meet individual and team admission targets and contribute to overall business growth. Stay updated with education trends, university programs, and admission guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications ·        Education:B. Tech (Bachelor of Technology) Minimum 6month of experience in education counselling, admission, or sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi). Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in attitude.
