Admission - Counselling

As a Counsellor Cum Admin at our Prestigious Client located in GK 2 New Delhi, your role will involve providing counselling face-to-face, over the telephone, or online. Your key responsibilities will include: - Helping students make learning decisions relating to programs and faculty - Counselling prospective students with conversion targets in mind - Assisting with conflict mediation and resolution to ensure student goals are not disrupted - Keeping confidential records - Building trust and respect with clients, teachers, parents, and students - Listening to concerns and providing prompt solutions - Assisting in daily administrative activities such as maintaining calendars and coordinating class schedules - Creating/modifying reports, invoices, and letters as required - Handling enquiries and converting them into enrolments - Managing admin requirements like maintenance, vendor management, and stockkeeping - Coordinating with students, parents, and teachers - Managing special events organized in the institute The minimum qualifications required for this role include: - Experience of 1+ years in counselling or administrative roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively - Proficiency in maintaining confidential records - Excellent organizational skills - Prior experience in coordinating events or managing administrative tasks would be beneficial If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly send your updated profile to dharmendra@directionhr.com along with the requested details.,
