In this role as a Team Leader Academic Counselling for Investment Banking Programs, you will have the opportunity to engage with potential learners, understand their career aspirations, and recommend suitable programs to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve consultative sales, requiring excellent communication skills, domain knowledge, and strong conversion abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Counsel potential students through calls, emails, and chats to guide them in selecting the right Investment Banking programs. - Analyze learner objectives and recommend appropriate programs based on their background. - Convert high-quality leads into successful enrolments. - Maintain precise records on the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups. - Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets. - Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and competitive programs. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 0.6-1 years of experience in EdTech, inside sales, or academic counselling as a TL, preferably in tech courses. - Strong understanding of Investment Banking. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and experience in team management. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as LeadSquared or Salesforce.
