Admission Coordinator (Full-Time) – Rajakkad

Job Summary
We are hiring an Admission Coordinator to assist students and parents with the college admission process. This role includes documentation support, application processing, record management and assisting field outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Regional Counsellor during student outreach visits.
Collect and verify documents required for admissions.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up updates.
Guide parents in completing application forms and uploading documents.
Prepare admission files and ensure timely submission.
Maintain daily activity reporting and documentation accuracy.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in Malayalam (English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp).
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with students and parents professionally.
Qualifications
Minimum: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream) Freshers may apply.
Must be willing to travel locally as part of the role.
Work Schedule Full-time role
Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation Monthly salary (Fixed) Additional performance-based bonus available
Work Location Rajakkad, Idukki District, Kerala
