Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management

    • Handle official social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
    • Create and schedule engaging posts to promote admissions activities and campus events.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to enhance digital outreach.
  2. Data Management (Advanced Excel)

    • Manage and analyze large datasets related to student inquiries, applications, and admissions.
    • Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for reporting and insights.
    • Maintain accurate and updated admission records.
  3. Admissions Marketing Coordination

    • Assist in planning and execution of admission-related marketing activities.
    • Coordinate offline initiatives like pamphlet distribution, info sessions, and outreach campaigns.
