Admission Advisor

We are looking for a proactive Admission Advisor to connect with prospective students, guide them through the enrollment journey, and help them select the most suitable program. The role focuses on converting leads, delivering personalized counseling, and consistently meeting monthly enrollment goals.
A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming inquiries into successful enrollments by clearly explaining program features, benefits, and admission steps
• Offer personalized counseling to students and their families to support informed decision-making
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Communicate with leads via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and webinars
• Carry out timely follow-ups to sustain interest and ensure smooth closures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information and activity records in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to deliver a seamless admissions experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or student counseling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong capability to address student questions and provide effective guidance
• Target-driven individual with strong follow-up habits
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
