Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Freshers)

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic fresh engineering graduates to join our Sales & Distribution team in Bhopal. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a strong foundation in technical sales, distribution management, and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product distribution channels in the region
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers
• Conduct field visits, dealer interactions, and market surveys
• Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technical understanding of mechanical/electrical products
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
