Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the IT team in Bengaluru, India, your role will primarily involve technology and operating system administration, with a focus on Windows Server and various Windows OS platforms. You will be responsible for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, investigation, restoration, resolution, and escalation of issues related to Windows, VMWare, and HyperV administration. Additionally, you will ensure process compliance, ticket updates, and SLA adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively monitor and investigate logs for Windows, VMWare, and HyperV administration - Identify and resolve issues based on troubleshooting, referring to knowledge bases when necessary - Escalate complex or unknown issues to L3 SME and provide support during the troubleshooting process - Ensure process compliance by updating tickets, preparing shift handover reports, and following escalation matrices - Track tickets for SLA adherence and escalate deviations as required Qualifications Required: - Any graduate with a background in engineering or science - Certification in OS 201 with Windows, Windows Server Administration, Virtualization Fundamentals & Vmware -201 (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description),
