Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Support HR and Finance teams in basic administrative functions.
  • Ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with vendors or service providers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Male candidates preferred for this job.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
