You have been tasked with the role of an office administrator or office assistant. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Handling communication with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person - Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary - Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events - Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Developing and maintaining a filing system - Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures - Performing receptionist duties when needed Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software - Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage - High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred Please note that this job offers benefits such as Provident Fund and is available as a full-time, part-time, permanent, or fresher position.
