Administrative Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at Dr. Yasaswi’s Brain Spine & Neuro Centre. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. You will handle patient appointments, calls, and administrative tasks while maintaining a calm and caring atmosphere for our patients. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner. Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations. Handle patient registration, billing, and basic documentation. Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth clinic operations. Maintain patient confidentiality and data accuracy. Manage front desk cleanliness and ensure an organized reception area. Handle inquiries regarding clinic services, timings, and procedures. Support administrative and clerical duties as needed. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field. 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinic reception preferred (freshers may also apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software, etc.). Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
