Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: Mumbai , Maharashtra Experience: 3–4 Years Key Responsibilities: Renewal of Gumasta / Shops & Establishment Licenses Tracking and renewing lease agreements and contracts Vendor coordination and quotation collection Liaisoning with government/statutory bodies Handling contract labour reports and renewals Coordination with Sales, Dispatch & Event teams Assist in E-way bill generation and event setups Maintain admin reports, files, and inventory records Manage stationery, assets, and joining kits Requirements: 3–4 years of admin experience Strong coordination and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of MS Office, E-way bill, and compliance Comfortable with local travel for office visits Good communication and organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Administrative officer: 3 years (Required) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
