Administrative Officer

We are looking for a disciplined, proactive and experienced Administration Manager, preferably a Retired Navy or Army Officer, to oversee and manage the organisation’s administrative operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations.

• Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, security and logistics.

• Supervise staff, monitor discipline and maintain organisational standards.

• Coordinate with management for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Handle vendor coordination, office maintenance and compliance.

Requirements:

• Retired Officer from Indian Navy / Army / Defence Services.

• Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.

• Strong sense of discipline, integrity and accountability.

• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,513.83 - ₹28,410.78 per month
