Job Title: Administrative Manager – Wind Industry

Role & Responsibilities:

• Visit project sites once a month to conduct meetings and review progress.
• Communicate with clients, candidates, and employees to ensure smooth coordination.
• Verify site work quality and compliance during visits.
• Handle the hiring process – posting jobs, screening, making calls, and following up with employees.
• Maintain proper coordination between site and office teams.
• Prepare and share monthly reports on site visits, hiring status, and administrative activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Wind Industry (administration/operations/coordination).
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to travel monthly for site visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
