Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Executive (Female, English-Speaking) We are seeking a well-spoken, presentable, and proactive female Administrative Executive with strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities: ·        Maintain and organize office records and documentation ·        Assist office staff with Word and Excel-based worksheets, as well as other administrative tasks ·        Provide price quotations to customers in a friendly and efficient manner ·        Accurately take and interpret customer orders, and prepare Sales Orders and Invoices ·        Coordinate with customers via phone or email to receive and confirm new orders ·        Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly ·        Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms and directories ·        Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries to customer locations ·        Monitor warehouse stock levels to ensure availability ·        Utilize your sales and marketing skills to contribute to business growth ·        Represent the company and its products at exhibitions and trade events ·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during daily operations ·        Provide a daily summary report of activities and sales to the Director ·        Ensure customer satisfaction until the goods are successfully delivered ·        Coordinate payment collection or arrange payments in accordance with invoice terms ·        Collaborate closely with customers, colleagues, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely execution ·        Maintain full visibility and control over all phases of the order and delivery process Requirements: ·        Strong verbal and written communication skills in English ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint ·        Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor ·        Prior experience in a receptionist, office executive, or similar administrative role is an advantage Note: While your primary job title will be Office Executive, you may occasionally be asked to take on additional tasks aligned with your skillset and experience to meet the evolving needs of the business. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to 25,000/- per month depending on the experience.
