Administration Officer

We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join our team as a Live Stream Support & Admin Assistant. This role involves providing real-time backend support during live streaming sessions, assisting with technical and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you're tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced online environment, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide backend support to live hosts during live streaming sessions
• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and ensuring smooth operations of live sessions
• Perform or learn basic photo and video editing tasks
• Manage and meet all technical and administrative needs during live streams
• Respond to customer inquiries across various platforms
• Support live admins to ensure seamless operations
• Handle general office and administrative duties
• Contribute to overall team support and coordination

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Basic photo/video editing skills (or willingness to learn)
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience with live streaming platforms
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
• Prior customer service or admin support experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
