Administration & Maintenance Coordinator

As an Administration & Maintenance Coordinator, your role will involve monitoring the systems of facilities to ensure functionality. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities, as well as maintaining maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance will be essential tasks for you. Additionally, you will create and implement maintenance procedures, conduct regular inspections to detect and resolve problems, prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and work on improving purchasing systems and processes. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, process and report on office expenses, and handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
