Role & responsibilities General Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties, including filing, organizing documents, data entry, and office supplies management. Scheduling & Calendar Management: Help with coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for staff members. Communication Support: Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct them to appropriate departments. Documentation & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of various administrative processes and files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and securely. Office Maintenance & Supplies: Assist with the ordering and organization of office supplies, ensuring the office environment is clean and well-maintained. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and supporting office events, meetings, or conferences. Assisting with Projects: Participate in ongoing projects or tasks, providing support wherever needed. Data Management: Input, track, and update data in systems or spreadsheets as required. Other duties as assigned: Support the administration department as required. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team setting. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
