Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping & Security

    Ensure workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and effective security arrangements.
  • Stock & Record Keeping

    Maintain accurate inventory records, stock logs, and documentation.
  • Fire Safety & CCTV Monitoring

    Oversee safety protocols, fire equipment readiness, and CCTV surveillance.
  • Repair & Maintenance

    Coordinate repair work, maintenance schedules, and liaise with service providers.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination

    Act as a point of contact between departments for smooth operations support.
  • Event Support

    – Assist in planning and execution of internal events and employee engagements.
  • Vendor Management

    – Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for facilities, repairs, and supplies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in facilities/administration is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration, facilities, or office management.
