Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Proficient in managing multiple tasks with an emphasis on retaining quality standards, handling multiple sites Efficiently with having more than 280 Employees Strength, and visiting the plants as per the requirement. 2. Facility Management Suppliers and ensure the Upkeep of the Building , Fire Risk Mitigation, Space Management & Change Management. 3. Must handle the Structure for Cafeteria, Office Building, Training Halls & Conference Rooms with the defined time of usage. Also handled Several Building modification works 4. Meet Senior Management sitting in the plant, on weekly basis and understanding the requirement and coordinating with team and ensuring the works are completing in the smooth manner 5. Handle Transportation and handling Buses as Employees Commute & monitoring 24/7 Operations & cabs Arrangements and Organizing Defensive Driving trainings to all the drivers for safe driving 6. Handling & Monitoring the Entire Security Operation for 02 sites with more than 50 staff on daily basis and ensuring that all the Guards are well trained in their duties. Handling the CCTV Surveillance Centre (98 Cameras) for entire site Periphery ensuring the plant is Risk free 7. Handling Staff Cafeteria with Good Hygiene Standards and arranging good quality food for all employees & having separate mechanism for calculating the Food wastage to reduce the quantity & participating in canteen & facility committee for action on point recorded 8. Ensuring the Best Housekeeping Services on daily basis in the plant and also Implementing New Techniques for reducing the manpower and as well as not compromising in quality and received many complements for Senior Management, Auditors & Clients. 9. Gardening in/out site of premises & maintaining belt area as per statutory norms with good plantation. 10. Pest Control of site as per GMP standards. 11. Road area cleaning inside premises, vehicle movement control & records maintaining. 12. Guest house management & monitoring of GH expenses 13. Supporting in organizing meetings, celebrations and Festival. 14. Handling Factory License work , Statutory compliances, CSR Preferred candidate profile . Candidate must be proficient in Factory acts and compliances and administration as per Tamilnadu labour laws. Preferable male candidates.
