Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in New Delhi, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 10-13 years of experience in administration and office management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain office records, including filing online and hard copies.
  • Assist HR with maintaining employee records and preparing presentations.
  • Schedule interdepartmental meetings and take minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of basic computers and office software applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in scheduling meetings and taking minutes is preferred.
  • Past management or supervisory experience is a plus.
