Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district. As an Administrative Assistant at Semiyard Inc., you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing phone calls, assisting with administrative duties, providing executive support, and performing general clerical tasks. You will also be expected to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills for effective organization and record-keeping
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office technology
• Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
