Job Description

  • Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • File Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files. Coordination: Coordinating meetings, events, and logistics.
  • Data Entry and Database Management: Entering and managing data in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Office Supplies: Ordering and managing office supplies.
  • Reception and Visitor Management: Greeting visitors and directing inquiries. Additional Duties:
  • Budget Management: Assisting with expense tracking and budget management.
  • Project Support: Supporting team members with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Research: Conducting research and gathering information. Problem Solving: Analyzing issues and finding solutions.
  • Workflow Optimization: Improving office procedures and workflows.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial for many administrative tasks.
  • Customer service skills: Dealing with visitors and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
