Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our solar company’s operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with site teams, assist with KSEB-related paperwork, and ensure the smooth execution of daily activities at the office and field level.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

· Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files.

· Assist with KSEB related paper works and ensure smooth execution of daily activities at office and field level

· Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.

· Support staff and visitors with administrative requirements.

· Prepare basic reports, letters, and data entry tasks.

Qualifications:

· Minimum: Bachelor's degree (preferred B.Com or BBA)

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Prior administrative experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
