Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Quilon. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day administrative tasks including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing support to the executive team. They will also handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, and preparing reports and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
