Administration and Real Estate Intern

As an Intern- Administration & Real Estate at KJS Ahluwalia Group, you will have the opportunity to work with our Real Estate team in the Delhi/NCR region. Your role will involve gaining hands-on experience in various real estate activities, including client interactions, market research, property inspections, and administrative tasks. This internship offers a valuable learning experience and a chance to contribute to the growth of our Real Estate team. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Assisting with clients & tenants inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing materials for client meetings. - Researching real estate trends, compiling data on properties, and analyzing market conditions. - Accompanying real estate professionals on property inspections and taking notes. - Maintaining databases, organizing paperwork, and preparing reports related to property (purchase & sales). - Performing other administrative tasks such as maintaining vendor databases, updating tenant database, and assisting with property-related documentation. **Requirements:** - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
