Role & responsibilities

  • Handle daily

    office administration, documentation & filing

    .
  • Prepare

    client bills, GST invoices, vendor bills & payment follow-ups

    .
  • Verify

    measurement sheets

    , work orders & supporting documents.
  • Maintain

    petty cash, expense reports & MIS billing reports

    .
  • Coordinate with

    clients, vendors & site teams

    for billing and approvals.
  • Manage

    email communication, attendance, purchase orders & records

    .
  • Use

    MS Excel / Tally

    for billing entries & reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate :

    B.Com / BBA.

  • 1-3 years

    experience in

    Admin & Billing

    (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong in

    MS Excel, Tally, documentation & invoicing

    .
  • Good communication in

    English, Hindi & Marathi

    .
  • Accurate with numbers, organized & responsible.
  • Strong follow-up skills with clients & vendors.
  • Immediate joiner preferred / short notice period.
