Role & responsibilities Handle daily office administration, documentation & filing . Prepare client bills, GST invoices, vendor bills & payment follow-ups . Verify measurement sheets , work orders & supporting documents. Maintain petty cash, expense reports & MIS billing reports . Coordinate with clients, vendors & site teams for billing and approvals. Manage email communication, attendance, purchase orders & records . Use MS Excel / Tally for billing entries & reports. Preferred candidate profile Graduate : B.Com / BBA. 1-3 years experience in Admin & Billing (construction industry preferred). Strong in MS Excel, Tally, documentation & invoicing . Good communication in English, Hindi & Marathi . Accurate with numbers, organized & responsible. Strong follow-up skills with clients & vendors. Immediate joiner preferred / short notice period.
