Job Description

As an Admin Supervisor at Innovera School, located in Loni Kalbhor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the administrative operations of the school. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the daily administration of the school office, including managing office systems, record-keeping, and communications. - Supervising and coordinating non-teaching staff such as receptionists, clerical staff, and support personnel. - Ensuring smooth visitor management, handling phone calls, and managing front office functioning. - Maintaining and updating school records, including student attendance, staff schedules, and administrative databases. - Managing school supplies, office inventory, and the administrative budget. - Coordinating with school leadership for events, parent-teacher meetings, and other administrative functions. - Developing and enforcing school office policies and standard operating procedures. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, with school admin experience considered a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting. - Leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor staff. This is a permanent position with a salary range of 15,000 - 20,000 per month. Additionally, benefits such as Provident Fund are provided.,
