Job Description

  1. FRRO Visa Registration for new arrival Foreign Employees within 14 days, Taking care site expat staffs visa processing e-FRRO RC/RP permit.
  2. Taking care Expat staff visa extension co-ordinate with Embassy.
  3. VISA extension for Foreign Employees in Delhi along with their respects family members within time without any penalty.
  4. VISA arrangement for Indian Employees for Foreign trip including Project's and various projects on requirement basis.
  5. Handling multiple VISA extension from MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs).
  6. Arrangement for Employment/ & Business Invitation Letter Korean and other Country foreign expiates.
  7. Frequent visit to Government/ Visa office for management of the process.

ADMINISTRATION

  1. Transport arrangement for the staff as well as Korean Delegation for their Business trip in India and Overseas. Supervision and management of staff insurance at the time of business travel.
  2. Air travel booking for the Company staff including the Site office staffs for trip in India and overseas
  3. Collection of Bills/ invoices from the Vendors/ Parties. Submission to the accounts department after its checking with the relevant agreements/approvals etc.
  4. Hotel Arrangement for the Staff on Business trip and Employees coming from Abroad.
  5. Management of contracts agreements with vendors including rental agreement with house owners and ensuring timely renewal / extensions if any. Liasoning with building officials for contract execution and renovation or modification of office.
  6. Supervision of Office cleaning/ hygiene including all activities pretending to housekeeping and others.
  7. Inventory/ asset management.
  8. Implementation of Corporate Social responsibility activities.
  9. Procurement and management of office stationary.
  10. Daily and weekly meeting with the supporting staff in the office. as Well Compliance talk with Coordinate with India staff
  11. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
  12. Ensuring end to end implementation of employee engagement activities like birthday celebrations, festival celebrations, annual corporate events.
  13. Supporting other teams (Finance, HR), Will take necessary measures for their comfortable in Gurgaon office.
  14. Insure Security in the Office Building and co-ordinate with site management for day to day Common area Cleanness.
  15. Daily Postage/Courier dispatch and receiving etc. Other day to day Office related works.
  16. Collection of Bills/ invoices from the Vendors/ Parties. Submission to the Accounts department after its checking with the relevant agreements/approvals etc.

Attendance management of staff members and sharing of daily reports to higher management duly maintaining the records.
