As an Administration & Office Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping, office supplies, and facility maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely ordering and restocking of office essentials, closing the office at the end of the day, and coordinating vendor management, repairs, and office fixes as needed. In Accounts & Financial Coordination, you will handle salary computation and disbursement, prepare and share income vs. expense reports, and send TDS & GST details to auditors for compliance. Additionally, you will assist in managing trademark documentation and renewals. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Being highly tech-savvy with proficiency in accounting tools, spreadsheets, and digital workflows is crucial. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage daily operations, are essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills will also be beneficial. In terms of remuneration, you can expect a competitive salary based on experience.
