Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, handle communication, and oversee facility maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Handle phone calls, transfers, and correspondence professionally. Supervise housekeeping, office maintenance, and AMC/insurance renewals . Manage attendance records, courier dispatch, and petty cash expenses . Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating with vendors and service providers. Assist in general administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline. Good communication and organizational skills . Basic knowledge of MS Office and administrative processes . Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.
