Applications are invited from BBAs or graduates (with at least 1 year of experience in managing events & Marketing) residing near Whitefield, BANGALORE, for the post of Admin & Marketing Executive. Please note that only candidates based in Bangalore will be considered for this role. Female candidates are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing online events - planning and execution via online streaming platforms such as zoom, YouTube and Restream,
• Planning and managing offline events/retreats
• Hosting/Emceeing events
• Organizing the events - both online and offline- ensuring that everything needed for the event is in place
• Performing dry runs for online events
• Engaging with marketing team for ideas to promote events and ensuring material needed is provided to marketing team
• Ensuring content for promoting events is put up on the website
• Taking care of registrations for events
• Ensuring all things needed for events both online and offline are arranged for
• Communicating with participants ensuring they have all information needed for the events
• Source, screen, and shortlist resumes for various IT roles (e.g., developers, designers, project managers).
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Support HR activities and other general administrative tasks
• Write engaging and informative blog posts and articles related to our products and industry.
• Assist in the creation of social media content, including captions, images, and videos
• Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media ads).
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and assist in reporting on results.
• Help manage and optimize our online presence across various platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on social media and other online channels.
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed to support the team.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
