Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a dynamic and organized female to handle administrative tasks and marketing activities for our art studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, engaging with students and parents, and promoting our services through calls. Responsibilities: Administrative Tasks Manage class and studio scheduling, bookings, and inquiries. Maintain attendance records and customer databases. Handle student and parent communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Oversee studio inventory and supplies. Assist in organizing workshops, events, and playdates. Marketing & Promotion: Make calls to promote studio services Follow up on Whatsapp and Instagram inquiries Make calls to increase student enrolments Requirements: Administrative skills - scheduling, class management, record keeping, accounts Marketing skills - strong communication skills to make and receive calls Technical skills - proficient use of MS Office tools - Excel, Word, Powerpoint Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.
