Job Specification/ Responsibilities:

• Ensure grant compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Review and draft legal documents and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on contract negotiations and disputes.
• Monitor compliance with Global Fund policies and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Address legal and compliance issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with grant management to ensure adherence to grant terms.
• Ensure compliance of MoU.
• Any other task assigned by the reporting manager as & when required.

Qualification & Experience:

Competencies & Skills:

• Legal Acumen & Drafting.
• Good Communication (verbal & written in English & Hindi)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good Analytical & Problem solving ability
• Good presentation skills
• Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Objective of the position:

To manage administration, procurement and compliances related matters pertaining to the program. Admin Manager would report to Project Director.

Purpose of Visit:

Facilitation for procurement/Setting of office/Logistics arrangements/Support in SLN formation
