Position: Office Administration Trainee (Internship)
Duration: 3 – 6 Months
Type: Internship (Full-time)
Stipend: Based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily office administrative tasks
• Manage files, records, and documentation
• Support HR and accounts departments with basic data entry
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
• Maintain attendance and employee records

Requirements:

• Graduate / Plus Two / Diploma holders can apply
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email)
• Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
• Willingness to learn and grow
