Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and organized Admin: Front Desk to be the face of our real estate office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors, responsible for managing front-desk activities and providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a keen interest in real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, walk-ins, and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for property viewings and meetings.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist sales agents with documentation, printing, and other admin support.
  • Coordinate with marketing or listing teams to update property brochures, flyers, and displays.
  • Handle daily correspondence, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Manage basic records for listings, leads, and customer databases.
  • Support in organizing open house events, client meetings, and property exhibitions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling client and transaction details.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; diploma or certification in Business Administration or Office Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM usage.
  • Friendly, proactive, and presentable.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic real estate terminology and processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs or listing platforms (e.g., PropTiger, MagicBricks, or local equivalents).
  • Basic understanding of property documentation or RERA guidelines (region-specific).
  • Experience working with a sales-driven team or agency setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
