Admin Executive - UK Logistics Process

As an Admin Executive for UK Logistics Process in Mohali, your role will involve managing order processing tasks for UK logistics operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accept or reject orders based on pre-defined guidelines to ensure smooth and timely order flow. This backend, non-voice role requires attention to detail and adherence to process rules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Log in to the order management system during assigned UK shift hours. - Review incoming orders and validate them against client-specified criteria. - Accept or reject orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Tag or escalate exceptions or unclear orders to the concerned department. - Maintain accurate records of accepted and rejected orders. - Coordinate with the team lead or supervisor for updates or special instructions. - Ensure completion of all assigned orders within the deadline. - Adhere to compliance and data protection protocols while handling sensitive information. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. - Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. - Good understanding of Excel, email, and web-based platforms. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently. - Basic English reading and comprehension skills (to understand UK orders). - Willingness to work in UK shifts.
