Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Executive with experience in procurement and purchase functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, vendor management, and procurement of office supplies and materials as per company standards. Key Responsibilities : Administrative Duties : Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, and security coordination. Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative records. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, if required. Handle AMCs, utility bills, and general office upkeep. Purchase & Procurement : Handle purchase of office supplies, materials, and equipment as per company needs. Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders. Maintain vendor database and develop good vendor relationships. Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain inventory records. Coordinate with accounts for timely vendor payments and documentation. Prepare and maintain purchase reports and procurement records. Compliance & Record-Keeping : Ensure all administrative and purchase-related activities comply with internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, invoices, and receipts. Assist in budget planning and cost control related to admin & procurement expenses. Required Skills : Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
