Job Description

Office Administration

Maintain and monitor office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.

Oversee housekeeping, security, and general office upkeep.

Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and factory utilities.

Handle company mobile phones, SIM cards, ID cards, and visitor passes.

2. Facility & Transport Management

Manage canteen, transport, and cleaning service arrangements.

Track attendance of drivers, housekeeping, and contract staff.

Ensure vehicles are maintained, insured, and used as per policy.

3. Vendor & Purchase Coordination

Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.

Raise purchase requests for admin-related items.

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and payment follow-ups.

4. Employee Support & Communication

Support HR in organizing events, meetings, and celebrations.

Manage inward/outward courier and dispatch records.

Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and guest arrangements.

5. Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain admin bills

Submit monthly admin expense reports to Accounts/HR.

Maintain registers as per audit and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
