Attending calls/ visitors
Handling Housekeeping, security services on day to day basis.Taking care of the day to day admin activities like records of Stationery, Couriers, movement registers, etc.To ensure that all office equipment (lights, phones, ACs, computers, printers etc.) are always in working conditionTravel arrangements by Air, Cab and hotel bookingsCoordination with the Service Providers such as Travel Agencies, Printers, Phone Companies, etcProvide word-processing and secretarial support
Handling staff & plant administration; Attendance; Maintain files, records and documents of all employees.
Attending to outside office works including site visits.
