Daily and Monthly attendance (biometric & manual) and Leave register maintaining: Plant & Office
Maintain Stationeries book, Office assets, Visitors book, Inward, Outward, Movement
Calculate travel allowance for monthly reimbursement.
Ensure Plant Wi-Fi, water and Bescom monthly, on-time renewal
Computer and Internet service as and when required
Ensure UPS, CCTV, EPBAX and Telephone connections in proper working conditions
Visiting card and ID Card printing, etc.
