Job Description

Knowledge of day-to-day functioning of office operations. Candidate should be able to handle all vendors related to office supplies I.e. Housekeeping, Pantry supplies, and office General Supplies. Also to be able to handle Security Guards & Housekeeping Staff. Candidate should be able to manage/upkeep office assets inventory i.e. Computer Systems & laptops & their allotment to employees. Coordination between various departments for smooth functioning. Will be responsible for all day affairs of office Functioning, Routine Purchases, Upkeep of office & managing HK & Security.
