Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration ○ Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. ○ Maintain office records, files, and documentation. ○ Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

2. Coordination & Support ○ Coordinate between various departments to facilitate efficient operations. ○ Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and reporting. ○ Support HR and logistics teams as required for administrative tasks.

3. Compliance & Reporting ○ Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. ○ Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.○ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

4. Facilities Management ○ Monitor office facilities, equipment, and maintenance requirements. ○ Liaise with vendors and service providers for office and facility needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

.● 2–3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles

.● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Proficient in MS Office and basic office software tools.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
