Job Description: As a part of this role, you will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks and maintaining office records. Your duties will involve managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. You will assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Additionally, maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders when required will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting HR and other departments in documentation and filing, handling visitor management, and providing general support to staff will also be key tasks. You will be required to coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed, ensuring the proper upkeep of the office environment and facilities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree (preferred: Business Administration, Management, or related field). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
