Admin Executive

As a key member of our team at Corning, you will play a crucial role in managing various service providers and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of our office facilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing employee transport, housekeeping, cafeteria services, and employee uniform management. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for all employees, maintaining office facilities and decor, and representing the site/plant to internal stakeholders and the outside community in a professional manner. You will serve as a liaison between the site, Corning India office, and other Corning functions/plants, and will coordinate logistics for vendor/supplier visits, executive visits, and plant events. Your role will also involve handling information with confidentiality, managing reception activities, and supervising miscellaneous tasks such as courier management, material inward/outward gate pass management, and office maintenance inventory. To excel in this position, you should hold a graduate degree with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience. Proficiency in computer skills, specifically MS Office, is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a manufacturing plant environment is preferred, and having a solution-oriented approach with a strong track record of problem-solving will be crucial. Flexibility to work outside normal hours occasionally is also required to succeed in this role.
